Fried grits with a spin

Follow cheese grits recipe on back I tend to use shredded mozzarella instead of what they suggest and alot more garlic salt by lawrey’s. Pour into silicone cupcake molds put in fridge overnight. Wake up in morning put a little olive oil on skillet heat it up good then throw them on.
